Joseph Harrison | Director of University Housing

Twylla brings her passion, integrity, and responsibility to the table; these are non-negotiable to her. In having Twylla on my team for two years, I know that any project that she oversees will be high quality and will have improvements from angles that I had never thought of.

On our team,

Twylla has taken leadership over many communication pieces, including overseeing media communication and assisting in the leadership of written communication. She has taught me skills in both these areas, and constantly strives to serve both our team and our customers to the best of her abilities. Her insight is invaluable to the work that we do every day.

If I have one concise thought on Twylla, it is that the work that she performs and the contributions that she makes are exemplary.

Julien Barbe | Sr. Marketing Manager, Lifecycle Marketing

Twylla showcased her organizational, project management and leadership skills in getting both [BUs] flowing together to meet a fairly daunting and time-sensitive mini rebrand which we completed in (what to me was) record time. I knew she was buttoned up and fantastic, but her ability to push things through with senior folks on the product and engineering side while owning her own LCM assets and helping support mine was truly impressive.

Angel Glockling | Assistant Director of University Recreation

Twylla challenges limits and boundaries placed upon her as a student by taking the initiative to improve processes and outreach capabilities of the Housing department she [previously worked] in at George Fox University. Three years ago, she strategized and created a proposal to improve the social media outreach of the Housing department. She advocated for this idea by presenting her ideas to the Dean of Student Operations and then followed through on her vision by taking over the media, marketing, and outreach for the Housing department. In that time, their instagram page has seen over 1000 new followers and she has taken lead in providing promotion for the entire housing selection process, in which the 1,300 on-campus residents choose their housing for the following year.

Twylla presents a unique combination in her work: innovation and follow-through. I cannot emphasize enough how invaluable this rare combination of qualities would be in your [team member].

Jamie Almond | Vice President, Lifecycle Marketing

Twylla has taken on driving ownership and submissions of our compliance audits across all of our BUs/Comms, which is no easy feat. From my vantage point - she has driven deadlines and submitted audit requests thoroughly and on-time - which is no small feat. I commend her willingness and diligence to own and be accountable for this mundane and often challenging process, given our lack of thorough inventory and versioning systems.

Kayin Griffith | Dean of Student Life Operations

I was introduced to Twylla first by a deliverable she had created that marketed one of her ideas to better a process I was in charge of. Her thoroughness, thoughtfulness, and smarts were very evident. I sought her out for an interview and hired her on the spot. Twylla adds value to any team, organizes chaos, cares well for the customer, and exceeds project goals. She is a quick learner with a high aptitude for change and ambiguity. I highly recommend Twylla for any role, specifically in operations, project management, and coordination.

Meghan Fern | Sr. Manager, Lifecycle Marketing

Twylla created a thoughtful and engaging recurring "employee spotlight" content block in the newsletter. It puts faces to the program and establishes trust by showing the human side of [company]. Throughout, she has done an incredible job engaging the CS leadership team, getting them involved with and enthusiastic about the newsletter and participating in it (providing content ideas along with their story). She worked with Brand and [email developer] to create the design. She iterated on content layout/information organization for this spot.
