- Launches content management process for over 1,200 materials using Smartsheet project/content management

-Establishes and formalizes streamlined end-to-end marketing workflow processes, increasing team efficiency and ensuring consistent and timely delivery of marketing campaigns

- Manages blog and monthly newsletter for 2 business units and a total of 9 segments targeting various stages of the client lifecycle

- Creates and manages dashboard for company rebrand of department content visualizing completion, bottlenecks, opportunities, and overall status

- Assists with ideation and strategy for content across various channels: email, SMS, call scripts, client dashboard content, photos, video, etc.

- Owns management and timely completion of internal and external compliance audit process and establishes record retention process

- Supports design efforts using brand guidelines across email, print, and digital collateral

- Collaborates on optimization strategy and testing on email and digital collateral

- Utilizes design tools: Canva and Adobe Creative Suite, to update and create materials - Updates and creates content for Client Dashboard using Contentful

- Partners with engineers, developers, and automation partners to implement content to be sent to clients

- Utilizes systems and tools such as JIRA, Divvy, Smartsheet, Trello, Predict 360 to effectively manage projects, track tasks, and optimize workflows resulting in improved collaboration and project delivery
